Disaster Simulation Exercise
Facilitated by Bob Mellinger, Attainium
Crisis
Management and Business Continuity
Planning has never been more critical to the long-term success and
survivability of organizations than today, regardless of their size,
location,
industry or revenue. This
simulation
will put you in the throes of real-life disaster situations –
as they unfold.
You will make critical decisions and deal with the consequences of
those
decisions! After you have finished, you will understand the
importance of advance
disaster and continuity planning.

Group Discussions
These are
group discussions for individuals either
in similar industries and want to share ideas or are interested in
working on a
common topic. A
couple of different
areas will be set up for this and announced on the day of the seminar. We will try to
reserve space for spontaneous
discussions as well.
